This refund policy applies only to the Taking Action Online membership.
It does not apply to coaching groups, webinars, one to one sessions, or any other products.
We offer a full 30 day money back guarantee starting from the day you become a paying member (the day you complete your payment). If you decide within those first 30 days that it is not right for you, just email us at philip@takingaction.online and we will process your refund. No hassle and no hard feelings.
Refund requests made after the 30 day period cannot be honoured as the guarantee period has passed. For annual memberships, the guarantee applies only to the first payment and not to renewals. Please keep an eye on your billing dates and make sure your details are up to date. We do send reminder emails about upcoming charges to help you stay on top of things.
Agreement when purchasing
By completing a purchase with Taking Action Online, TakingAction.online, Philip Borrowman or any other body connected with TakingAction.online, you are confirming that you agree to this refund policy in full. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase. If you are unsure, it may be best to wait until you feel confident that this is the right step for you.
